Next Day Delivery Available
We know that when the job needs to get done, it needs to get done now.
That’s why we offer Next Working Day delivery on all UK mainland orders, provided your order is placed before 2:30 pm and the items are in stock.
* We offer FREE Next Day delivery on all orders over £150 + VAT.
Otherwise, we charge a flat rate of £9.95
Of course, there are a few exceptions to this rule. We do have to offer a slightly slower service or charge a little extra for the likes of the Highlands, Islands, and Northern Ireland.
On our shopping basket page, there is a button to ‘Calculate Delivery’. If your delivery address falls into one of the areas listed above simply press this button and enter your postcode to see what the delivery cost will be.
Order Tracking
On processing your order you will receive an email or a SMS with a tracking number which will enable you to keep an eye on your order.
International Delivery
We can, and often do, send our goods internationally. However, the delivery options on the website are currently limited to the UK. Please contact usfor the delivery costs to any other destination.
Returns Information
Goods that are incorrect or not faulty can be returned but subjected to a £10.00 + VAT restocking charge per order.
Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery and at the customer’s own expense and we will only accept incorrect or non-faulty items in their original packaging and where tins are unopened and seals intact. We are happy to replace, refund or credit items that have been damaged in transit or are obviously faulty. Please get in touch to discuss any problems or concerns.
*Please note : If goods are damaged in transit please do not accept delivery and sign as damaged. Damaged goods may be refused replacement and refund if goods are signed as ‘Received in good condition’.
